Position Information Position  Title : Compliance Manager Profile : To implement and attain Contracted Airlift Review Board certification, and facilitate and monitor the Quality/Airworthiness Management Systems throughout the Aviation Division, to ensure ongoing compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Qualification : Experience in application and management of the US Department of Defense (DoD) Contracted Airlift Review Board program, as a CARB Inspector or a CARB Program Manager. Knowledge of DoD charter procedures. Experience with ICAO and FAA/CAA regulations including maintenance requirements and the AOC application process. Hold a recognized degree in engineering, sciences or business management related to the aviation industry or suitable equivalent aviation knowledge and experience in Quality/Airworthiness. Knowledge of customer requirements including UN, DoD and NATO. Be an auditor with experience auditing safety, quality and airworthiness regulatory requirements. Good communication skills at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated teamwork skills. Demonstrated attention to detail. Prior experience working within a multicultural environment. Native level written and spoken English. Well developed computer skills, including spreadsheets and word processing. Previous combat tour or extensive experience in austere environments.
